Welcome to our support: We have a number of ways that you can contact us for support, or contact us. (1) We have our support form which is located right on this page. Just fill it out, and we will get back to you shortly. Make sure to fill in all the fields and include which service you need support on, what type of problem you are having, & don't forget your username for the traffic service you are having trouble with. Make sure to use the email address that you signed up with for the service that you are requesting support on. We will only respond to the email address that is

associated with the service, & user/pass for that account. you need any support from our staff, please fill out the form below. Make sure to put the correct information in so that we can assist you asap. All support questions are usually answered within hours, most times, much sooner depending on the time it is submitted to us. This form is for existing members of our site. You are either a member of one of our exchange services with a username, and password, or you are a traffic reseller for us, and also have a username and password. If you are not a member, please use our contact form for all inquiries.

(2) We have live support on this same page. If we are online at the time, ring in, and we will help you. If we are not available at the time you are online, then leave us a message, & we will get back to you asap, please provide all necessary information.

(3) You can even give us a call! We are here most times, except for twice during the day when we are running reports. We usually operate 7 days a week from 10am to 3am EST, we like talking to our members, and will assist you while on the phone.!! You can call us at: (727) 772-8462. If your have any questions about our services, or having trouble locating one of our services you can use our live support if we are online. The only time we are not here, is the wee hours of the morning between 3am-to-9am EST, and when we are running reports, twice a day.

The form to the left is for support for our members of traffichits.com. If you are not a member, don't have a username and want to contact us for all other inquires, like our services, prices, partnerships, and all others, then you must use our contact form.

All support for our services is answered within hours of the form being submitted. One of our webmasters will help you in solving your problem.

Make sure to mention what problem you are having with your account. Most answers can be found in the faq section of the site. If you call, more then likely you will speak with one of our webmaster called Russ. He can solve just about any problem, or question that you may have.
